This is what Zumba is – fun, exciting, inclusive, and a workout. If you have the means to do so, I encourage you to give Zumba a try. And please, please, please give it at least 3-4 attempts. Why? The moves, music and intensity of Zumba can be somewhat overwhelming at first. You need to first, get comfortable with the steps/moves and second, push past your own insecurities with the sensuality of the movement. Once you get past those two milestones, you’re set.
